This page lists crisis and mental health support services in Ireland, the UK, and internationally. It is not exhaustive — if you do not see a service for your country, please search for local crisis support or contact your nearest emergency services.
Please note: I am a private psychotherapist working with adults by appointment. I am not a crisis service and cannot respond to urgent situations. If you or someone you know needs immediate help, please use the services listed below.
