First session

Initial Consultation

€35 / 30 min

A low-commitment introductory session to discuss what brings you to therapy and how I work. Payment is required at the time of booking.

Ongoing sessions

Individual Therapy

€70 / 50 min

Weekly one-to-one sessions, conducted online. An invoice is issued after each session with a secure payment link.

Reduced rate

Student Rate

€55 / 50 min

Available to current students. Proof of enrolment is required before the reduced rate is applied.

Pro bono and sliding scale places. A small number of places at a reduced or no-cost rate are available for those who would otherwise be unable to access therapy. These places are currently full. If you would like to be considered for a future place, please get in touch via the contact page.
Cancellation policy. 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged at 50% of the session fee. Sessions missed without notice are charged in full. Genuine emergencies are handled with discretion. The same policy applies in reverse if I need to cancel.

What to expect

Initial consultation

A 30 minute online session. We talk about what brings you to therapy, I explain how I work, and you can ask any questions. There is no pressure to continue — it is a chance to see if we are a good fit.

Ongoing sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes and typically weekly, though this can be adjusted. You will receive a pre-consultation form before your first session covering some background information and key agreements.

Online sessions

All sessions take place via a secure video platform. You will receive a link in your booking confirmation. You are responsible for having a private and quiet space for the duration of the session.

Ending therapy

You can end therapy at any time. It can be helpful to discuss ending in a session so we can close the work thoughtfully, but there is no obligation to give notice beyond what feels right for you.
